Prior to joining Mariner as Vice President of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing for its IPTV Business unit, Brock held a series of challenging and exciting roles with NBTel and its affiliated companies; spanning a thirty-year era in what has been undoubtedly one of the most exciting and innovative periods in the telecom and new media industry. As General Manager, Brock led the development of Connectivity, the world’s first Application Service Provider (ASP) of computer telephony integration (CTI) applications. Developing a service delivery model now known as Software as a Service, Brock and his team pioneered a business model that continues to grow in market relevance a decade later.
Innovating for customers is a hallmark of Brock’s career, and with Mariner he intends to continue with this reputation, rapidly developing customer solutions that fulfill and inspire, and working with customers to deliver new and lasting business value. Creating success for his customers has always been the inspiration for Brock’s career, and that continues in his role with Mariner.
