- Biography
Prior to joining Mariner as Vice President
of Sales and Marketing, Brock held a series of challenging
and exciting roles with NBTel and its affiliated companies,
spanning a thirty-year era in what has undoubtedly been
one of the most exciting and innovative periods in the telecom
and new media industry. Customer facing for his entire career,
Brock has led and inspired sales and customer servicing
teams throughout. As Vice President and General Manager,
Brock led the development of Connectivity, the world’s
first Application Service Provider (ASP) of computer telephony
integration (CTI) applications. Developing a business model
now known as Software on Demand, Brock and his team pioneered
a service delivery model that continues to grow in market
relevance a decade later.
Innovating for customers has become a hallmark
of Brock’s career, and with Mariner he intends to
continue this successful set of outcomes, rapidly developing
customer solution sets that fulfill and inspire, and working
with customers to deliver new and lasting business value.
Creating success for his customers has always been the inspiration
for Brock’s career, and that continues for him in
his role with Mariner.
